Returns and Exchanges 

We offer high quality products and have built partnerships with only the very best companies in this industry. However, mistakes do happen. If the product that you purchased on Specialità Fitness doesn’t meet your expectations, we have a practical return and exchange policy in place to resolve any issues that might occur. 

Returns and exchanges can be made for any reason, within 30 days from the date you received your order. 

Items should be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags). Please note that all returned garments are subject to inspection. 

The shipping costs involved and carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) are entirely up to you. We suggest choosing a method that provides tracking, as Specialità cannot be held responsible for any lost return packages.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. 

Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping charges for returns.

Once we receive your package, we will take up to 3 business days to process your return. The refund process then takes 5 to 7 business days to be completed, and the refund will be credited to your credit card or the original form of payment once the process is completed.
